Every Fill My Box order is paid in two secure steps through Stripe — nothing is ever charged without your approval first.
Invoice 1 — Merchandise + Service Fee
Sent by email after we confirm your request. Covers the item cost plus the $25 + 15% Service Fee. Pay this before we shop.
Invoice 2 — Shipping
Sent once your box is packed and weighed. Covers the actual carrier cost + $8 packaging & handling fee. Pay this to ship.
Both invoices arrive from Stripe with a secure “Pay Invoice” button — no account or app needed, just a card. Your card details are never seen or stored by Fill My Box directly.
How we’ll keep you updated
Invoices and formal confirmations always go by email. For quick item photos and back-and-forth while we’re shopping, we’ll also use text or WhatsApp if you gave us a number on your request — whichever you picked as your preferred way to hear from us.
