You always know your total before we shop: merchandise, one service fee, and shipping (billed separately, after packing).

🛍️ Merchandise

The actual price of your item(s) — exactly what we pay in-store, passed through at cost.

🧾 Service fee

$25 flat + 15% of merchandise value. Covers the trip, photos, receipt verification, packing, and the service itself — one line, no surprises.

+$10 per additional store if your box requires stops at more than one retailer.

✈️ Shipping

Actual carrier cost + $8 packaging & handling fee, charged after your box is weighed — no upfront guessing.

EXAMPLE ORDER

A $200 box, start to finish.

✓ Merchandise: $200.00

✓ Service fee: $55.00 ($25 + 15%)

✓ Additional stores: +$10 per extra store beyond the first (if applicable)

✓ Shipping: actual carrier cost + $8 packaging & handling fee, billed separately after your box is packed and weighed

What can I ship?

Most everyday products travel fine. A few categories need extra care, and international shipping depends on destination-country rules.

International orders are reviewed for customs/carrier restrictions before we buy

International customers may owe import tax, duties, or customs fees separately from Fill My Box charges.
